Neighbor says there are two overflowing trash cans without lids on the alley side of the house, a recycle bin sitting by the curb, a trash bag under a truck parked in the yard (opossums are foraging around the bag). The truck has an 04 tag -- sits in the yard, is not driven.

neighbor states that there are several containers of trash at the curb that are not covered and the trash is blowing onto the adjacent properties. Also there is trash and junk in the front part of the yard.
