It has come to our attention, as mentioned by the owner, that there is an underground propane tank still present on this property. We are concerned about potential toxic effects if left in the ground. Please investigate and remove. We hope this will be removed to prevent contamination of underground water.

There is a large tree overhanging the street parking in front of 900 S Washington St with a very large dead section right over cars parked there. In the time I've lived across the street, two cars have been damaged by falling limbs from this tree, including one incident where a branch approx. 8" in diameter speared through someone's sunroof, totalling the car. The dead branch currently on the tree is roughly the same size and is starting to shed sticks and bark. I would like for it to be removed by the proper authorities before it falls on a car, or into the roadway or bike lane and hurts someone.
Thank you!
