Our trash hasn't been picked up for the past two weeks even though we have left it by the curb both times. Our recycling has been accessed and picked up however.

Hi, to clarify the previous ticket since I don't know how to respond back on the ticket, the trash people have not been picking up our trash for the past two weeks. I am aware that it is our trash can but I want to see why the trash isn't getting picked up.

The trash or recycling truck drove through the median area in the middle of the cul de sac in between 500 and 501 South Arbutus Drive. This left deep tire ruts in the grass. City trash and recycling truck drivers normally back down our street since the trucks are too large to navigate the turn-around. The driver today may have been unfamiliar with this practice.

I have been hearing glass shattering outside of my apartment building on the parking lot. Tonight, I looked outside and noticed our neighbors, residents at 712 E Hunter Ave, throwing bottles and shattering them in the parking lot, next to parked cars. It occurs right outside their side door. They throw is from their door, to our dumpster. It misses and shatters all of the ground making it impossible to drive through the parking lot.
