Grass needs cut on E. 3rd. St. north side of street going east close to church.

Ms. Miller has a problem with water running into basement. Water coming from neighbors downspouts diverted underground near the hemlock trees. (912 Ballantine). Creates excess water at 916 and problems for neighbors down the street.
Creek behind Uppington Ct. is washing away due to inadequate drainage. There is a lot of sand build up.
At Maxwell & Mitchell bushes are blocking view. PLEASE NOTE PROPER ADDRESS IF POSSIBLE - USED THIS AS REFERENCE ONLY.
At Manor & Maxwell - bushes in street are blocking traffic - hard to see at corner.

Have eliminated dumpster and now putting trash on sidewalk. Greco's Pizza or maybe Greek's (?) Pizza. .
Parking on lawn & possible abandoned vehicle.
THE UTILITY EASEMENT BEHIND THE ZELLER'S RESIDENCE IS LOWER THAN THE PARKING LOT IS ABUTS NEXT TO. SOMEONE FROM THE CITY CAME OUT TO THEIR RESIDENCE A FEW YEARS AGO AND STATED THAT THE EASEMENT WOULD BE RAISED UP AND GRADED & SEEDED, THIS WAS NEVER DONE. MRS. ZELLER STATES THAT THE EASEMENT IS CAUSING A DRAINAGE PROBLEM AND THAT IF IT IS FILLED IN THIS WOULD TAKE CARE OF THE PROBLEM AND SHE DOES NOT HAVING TO MAINTAIN THE EASEMENT.
Grass is 4 feet high - has not been mowed yet this spring. Thinks this is a rental property.
