Phone Call: Harvey McNeal reported that Lentz Asphalt is filling up their paving roller from a hydrant that does not have a meter.

Tom Staley called Lentz Ashpalt and spoke with Beverly. Tom advised Mrs. Lentz that #1 No hydrant wrench was used and if there is damage to the hydrant, they would be billed. #2. This action is considered theft of City Services. She told Tom that she would radio the guys to not fill up at hydrants in the future and that they would rent a hydrant meter if need arises.
