Other: What can the City do with people that used the turn lane on Bloomfield Rd as their owns special lane to go as fast as the can from Cory ln to the Stoplight for the TLRC. they will get in the middle turn lane and floor it.
They also treat Allen st as their own race track with hills. Maybe stop sings at Tall oaks, Cory Ln.,and Beech tree. Pretty much blind intersections get on to Allen St
