Multiple street signs and a fire hydrant were defaced with spray paint between 06-07 September. This is unusual behavior for the neighborhood.

Today I visited the Dollar Tree on the East side. I was there around 2pm. The store had multiple aisles overcrowded with boxes of stock needing unpacked. One aisle in general was completely full from one end to the other. This is the aisle in the photo. Other aisles had boxes on carts throughout and had a path to weave through. I understand that they are understaffed but this felt very unsafe. If there was a fire I do believe it could be difficult to get through the store to get out. It felt unsafe. I'm not sure if it is considered a fire hazard but in case it is I wanted to let you know about it.
Road is being blocked - this home appears to be running a mechanics shop out of their garage and they have accumulated 5-6 large trucks which they are always repairing as well as a gooseneck trailer making this area unsafe for pedestrians
I live in the apartment building on the corner of 2nd and High street. The entrance to its parking lot is from High street, very close to the corner. Any time there's a car stopped at the light the entrance is blocked, and the light is delayed for those cars, so unless you are coming in from the south, you have to wait for those cars to go, blocking traffic behind you, or go around the block. Could it be possible to paint the sign in front of the parking lot entrance that cars should not stop there for the light, but a little further from the entrance, and should not block the entrance to the lot? Thank you for consideration!
Trash bags out for a week
Water leak. Water running into the road and underground into the storm drain. Ground is saturated.
piles of uncollected trash overfilled dumpster and in alley from restaurants is a health safety issue. Don't know who can correct this
Behind the fence at 323 S. Davisson it has not been tended this entire year. Overgrowth is between seven and 8 feet and height and thoroughly filled with poison ivy. I believe poison ivy is considered invasive noxious. This needs to be taken care of. Turned into reports this year already no effect would like to see something happen.
Cable of some kind of down across out back yard and neighbors'. Has been down since the big storm a couple months ago. It is not a power line.
