Hello. I have a question / concern regarding dumpsters on private property. Our neighbor has a full size construction dumpster in their driveway , but never any construction happening. They have when they are approximately 60% of the time.
While the one that is there currently has been there since approximately last summer, they have been putting household trash in it for the last couple of months.
While the dumpster is an eyesore in a neighborhood, are concern is that the dumpster never gets emptied it just sits there.
I'm not sure who to have this conversation with at the city.
Thanks

Sidewalks have remained unshoveled since the first snowfall of the year. There is heavy pedestrian traffic on the portion of their sidewalk along Allendale. Failure to shovel that section is particularly hazardous. There are also several roughly 6" deep holes immediately adjacent to the sidewalk here which present a tripping hazard or potential ankle sprain. They are currently hard to see because of the snow.
