The pavement in front of our driveway seems to be sinking, which has now resulted in a large height difference between the asphalt and the concrete gutter/curb. Would it be possible to repair the sinking asphalt?
Light regularly does not change to green for traffic going south even with multiple cars sitting it will cycle through multiple times unless someone needs to turn left.

The resident at this location refuses to comply with lease terms regarding cleaning up their apartment. The conditions are going to contribute to unwanted pests and potentially other hazards. I have sent them notice, emailed and texted. The owner of Pavilion told me that the Hand dept will come out and either help put the resident in touch with resources or will have it cleaned and fine the resident. I just need to know if this is true and if I can get assistance getting them back in compliance with their lease terms instead of eviction. #201966 has been closed: 'Parking Officer has spoken to the owner and has made sure the vehicles are moved.' This was 4/9/2025. The Red Ford Truck and white SUV, parked in front of 613 S Eastside Drive, have not been moved an inch since that date, nor had they weeks before the Parking Officer addressed the issue with the owner. The Code of Ordinances of the City of Bloomington, Title 15.04.020 (2) defines an Abandoned Vehicle as: A vehicle left on public property continuously without having moved for three days. So the Parking Officer needs to talk to the owner again. He is not moving his vehicles, as the Code of Ordinances requires him to do.
I have reported this multiple times in the past few years and never heard back. Please contact me asap
