I and several neighbors have an ongoing problem with a man on our street. He has two large vehicles parked on the street, another vehicle in his driveway and a large truck that has never been moved. Yesterday, he moved this Ford-350 close to my driveway and I cannot get out safely on the street as the truck blocks by view. This truck also blocks my sidewalk so visitors cannot come to my door for a visit. These problems with him have been going on for years and the Ford-350 has not been moved in more than a year. The Excursion is also a truck and it also blocks safety. Both of these vehicles do not have current plates and the man keeps telling the parking officers that he has then in the house and will put them on the vehicles. He has not done so. Finally, several people on our street are anger and resentful because the city has yet to force him to make needed changes so that all of us can be safe. The downspout daylight from either 521 or 523 S. Park has been spilling mud onto the sidewalk for months. At this point, the entire width of the sidewalk is covered by a layer of mud that is dangerous when wet. This mud slick covers part of an accessible curb cut. Both houses are rentals.

There is always standing water here on this sidewalk. It was a sheet of ice last month. Is there a water main break? So much water can not use the sidewalk. I do not want to have to walk in the street.

This person always parks their truck up on the sidewalk, partially obstructing it. It is usually on nights and weekends so I'm hoping there is a way to assess this outside of business hours. Thank you.
