It looks like the trash truck was leaking some sort of white liquid that smells putrid. It follows a line along the trash cans of all of our houses in the cul-de-sac.
Can you please send someone to clean this up ASAP? We are putting our house on the market right now and this will be a deterrent for buyers.
Thank you in advance for your help!
Best,
Jake

According to the City's Ordinance it is abandoned: 15.04.020 'A vehicle left on public property continuously without being moved for three days'. If the owner (612 S Eastside Drive) does not want it to be considered abandoned, he needs to move it every four days.

The two south pickleball court nets have holes in them. The one nearest the parking has the tape's treads undone so the ball slips through. We used the warbands from a N95 mas to tie it up. Helps a little.

This yard frequently has trash other debris in the yard, tall grass and low-hanging untrimmed tree limbs that are unsightly and maybe dangerous for neighbors and passersby. They also leave the trash cans lying in the yard or on the sidewalk all week long.
