Apparently the string used to bundle and carry all of my yard waste to the curb was not strong enough to meet the requirements for the sanitation department. Is there a particular type of string recommended so after the bundles sit in the ROW for 2 weeks I can make sure they can endure the process to make it into the truck? Thanks!
My tree branches were not picked up despite being at the curb last week. I created a ticket last week with UReport. Rhea closed the ticket stating that I was told what to do. That is false. No one ever contacted us and the ticket was closed without anything being done or fixed

My neighbor down a few blocks from me have been sitting out here for month and it’s just building up over the time. Eventually it’s going to end up on the street if not taken care of.
During the heavy winds this week, there were some trees down at Rhorer and Snoddy. A city crew picked this debris out of the road and placed it into the yard of 4025 S. Gran Haven Dr. Caller understands that he is not annexed into the city, however the debris was moved from City property to this non-annexed yard. A storm caused a power line to break. We did not lose power, but there was much sparking. We reported to Duke. They sent someone out to fix the line. They had to chop the top half of a tree down to reach the line with a cherry picker. They through all the debris in our backyard. In calling around, to remove this tree debris will cost $400-$650. We do not have the funds for this. If we hadn't called, we would not have incurred this cost. I called Duke to investigate this very tree months back, as it seemed to be leaning on wires. The technician said there was no problem with the tree. Not several months later, the line is hit, and we have to pay money to remove the debris
I have a yard waste cart full of goldenrod seed heads, which I cannot compost. I did not know there was a weight limit. Now what?
My small garbage can was emptied this morning, but unfortunately the lid was broken off. I need a new intact can delivered and the old one removed. Thank you
