There appears to be a small homeless camp in the backyard behind the unoccupied house with a tent and two abandoned vehicles. The house itself has been vacant for many years and none of the people staying there seem to be entering the home. A relative of the people who own the house, a man named Bob, began staying in the backyard over a year ago, but he has since left and other people are now staying there in his absence. Recently, neighbors have found human feces and needles in their yard nearby, creating sanitary concerns, as well as heard a woman yelling in what sounded like distress at night. Outreach to the family of the property owner has not been successful so far, so I’m hoping someone could please look into this situation. Thank you!

The Madison Park HOA would like to request that this tree, and the nearby tree stump from previously cut tree, are both removed. This is located in between the HOA property and the street, next the southwest building. We had a tree removal contractor assess this area and inform us that the tree is dying and needs to be removed. I believe this is the only tree left in this area, and we have been previously informed that these trees are owned by the City, not the HOA. There is inadequate bike parking at Bryan Park Pool. When I arrived on Sunday there were already multiple bikes unable to be locked to the rack because it was entirely full.

Great news! There is high demand for bicycle parking near Bryan Park pool. Sad news: There is no overflow bicycle parking near Bryan Park pool. Could overflow bicycle parking at this location be added to a wish list for next year?

Previously reported this hole. Took 6 or more weeks for someone to repair. Put asphalt on top which lasted almost 2 weeks before opening up again. 15" hole needs FILLED with dirt/gravel before asphalt

There is a lot of trash in the side yard of the house, like 10-20 bags of trash, furniture, and other items. It seems problematic for attracting rodents and critters. It smells and it’s probably an issue for neighbors. It seems like they need some help getting this removed.

There is a sinkhole, approximately 14 inches diameter and 12 inches deep, in the road. It's relatively recent. It could be dangerous.
