Stormwater drainage on sidewalk on the south side of the 600 block of E First Street needs attention. The whole sidewalk on that side was literally a river during a recent rainstorm.
There is a dead animal on the sidewalk. It has been there for at least a week and is emitting a foul odor.

Two abandoned shopping carts located on the sidewalk running on the south side of Winslow. These are full of belongings and have been here for the past two days, blocking the path.
