trash is getting out of control, non compliance to City Sanitation guidelines for trash removal. Have called two weeks in a row stating that stickers are there, trash is not too heavy...stickers are not there and treash is overweight.
new, pretty deep pothole at the edge of W 7th at Oak Street. It's pretty much impossible to miss this hole because of the traffic calming "roundabout" at that intersection.
Streetlight is out, no lights from houses in the area so it is extremely dark at night.

Neighbor continues to let trash and debris lay in his yard; now, instead of being all over the porch and inside, it’s now just sitting there way out in the open. The person he has working on this doesn’t seem to be doing a lot but sitting in his car and playing on his phone. I know because I was at home all day long and barely saw him in or around the house.
