Debris Removal (Sand, General Street Debris)

817 S Lincoln ST

Case Date:
2/21/2026

There is a large tree branch down across the street on Lincoln, just past the corner of Lincoln and Dixie on the left side of the road from the storm last week. The house across the street is a rental and I'm not sure the owner will do much to remove it, but it's in the street, just pushed to the side so cars can drive by. I'm hoping the city can come remove it. Thanks!

Blocked Street

2600 S Rogers ST

Case Date:
2/23/2026

This is not a blocked (by car) alley, per se. This alley is not accessed by car, but it is unclear if this alley has ever been vacated by the city. I would like to know if overgrowth and trees within the alley running north/south from W Ralston Dr to W Country Club Dr, within the block bordered by S Milton St and S Rogers St, is the city's responsibility. According to the plat map of Broadview, the alley is 12 ft wide. Thank you.

Hello: I am sick of seeing these vagrants walking by my house at the corner of College Street and West Hillside Drive. I spoke to an officer last Tuesday and requested more police car drive by’s, evidently it is not working. I appreciate it, if more police cars can be visible in this neighborhood, behind the Switchyard Park, which drives them in. Please put a barrier on College Street and the South Side of the park by the Walnut Street side of the SWITCHYARD Park Parking Lot where the vagrants enter and exit with back packs and bicycles going through the Railroad Park neighborhood where your police department and YOU ignore for safety. I’ve reported this issue to Governor Braun, Erin Houchin US Representative of the House of Representatives and US Senator Todd Young. Please feel free to visit me at 117 W.Hillside Drive in your fair city for a front yard porch chat to watch all the “traffic “ go by my house. Thank you, Maryann Iaria 117 W. Yard Waste

1811 S Montclair AVE

Case Date:
2/17/2026

Our leaves were never collected last fall. So there are still leaves that naturally collected along the side of the street. Now that the snow has covered them and defrosted, there are still matted piles along the side of the street between Arden Drive and Queens Way. It looks like one side of the street was collected in the fall, but not the other. I’m worried they will clog the gutters during heavy rain in the spring. Thank you for any help with this.

Potholes, Other Street Repair

1019 W Howe ST

Case Date:

This alleyway is consistently being used to pile up trash. Boards with nails and jagged chunks of concrete left in alley often. I've requested these items be removed as neighbors use this alley, but renters are consistently trashing it. I pick up litter weekly, but wish they could be held accountable as this alley needs to be better maintained. Trash is dumped there, and indo my best to place it in the dumpster, but it continues to happen. This alley has been ignored for decades, and I wonder why it's not maintained by the city like the rest of the neighborhood alleys.
