Trash is overflowing containers behind house (on Fairview). There are needles on the ground a few feet from a public sidewalk where young children pass by. They have been there well over a week. No one seems to be staying at the house right now.

There is a broken utility cover in this area, leaving a hole in the ground. I have placed a cone over the top of the hole to try to prevent anyone from accidentally stepping into the hole. It needs to be repaired ASAP. It appears to me to be a telecommunication type box that was recently installed during the City’s Fiber installation.

On Saturday, November 22, 2025, during the farmers market this morning, I observed at least 3 different kids on electric motorcycles traveling at a high rate of speed along the B-Line Trail through Switchyard Park. The motorcycles are not e-bikes as they appear to have no crank arms for pedals and the kids are not pedaling. They are racing through the park on the trails with complete disregard for the safety of others. There was also a kid on a gasoline powered motorcycle riding on the B-Line Trail. Can the city police enforce the illegal riding of motorcycles, electric or otherwise, on the trails in town? The use of electric motorcycles on the trails should not be permitted.

Sidewalk along Landmark has no curb ramp on one end for wheelchairs and power chairs to get on and off. And on the other end which was just redone really has no curb ramp either. You might be able to drive an RC car on it that how narrow the flat spot is. You cant drive a chair up on it because its not flat. People in wheelchairs and Powerchairs are avoiding this and going the wrong way down the street towards 3rd in a blind curve. Its only a matter of time before a car rounds that blind curve to find a wheel chair user in the lane also heading towards them. We just had a girl stuck out there today trying to get on the sidewalk but couldn't. Somebody is gonna get hit. Please let us know how we can help you help this matter. Best Wishes, Kevin. The two trees next to 2704 and 2702 have rot and limbs are breaking off. My neighbor was hit in the head by one of the falling limbs.
