The side walk on the corner of Allendale and Winslow is not shoveled, nor is the sidewalk running on the sidewalk on the south side of Winslow Ave.

Hi I submitted a ureport a couple days ago about the alley being our house. It is the only access we have to get to our house or to get out to the street. Does the city take care of this alley? I have no way of removing snow so I can get out except a shovel and shoveling 12 or more inches of snow is not doable. Thank you
