the gutter above my front door has been hanging off the building for weeks and my landlord has yet to fix it. it has been dropping nails and causes water to flood my entrance. the issue continues to worsen each day. it’s a large gutter and i’m afraid it could fall and hurt myself or my neighbors.

Friday Mar 27. Stella Ridge fire access lane has been blocked by construction equipment and a pile of loose rocks. This is on a slope and will roll down the hill. This access lane is used by walkers and bikers.
Along the mowed park path on the line of pine trees between 2304 E Pierson Ct and Olcott Park just west of the main park entrance, someone has discarded empty liquor bottles, vape pens, and tobacco containers in several locations.
A tree is down on the south side of Winslow sports park, partially covering the trail.
Blocking sidewalk and dumpster on street fixing pedestrian into street to access mailboxes. Including blind residents.
Parked trailer in front of hydrant - almost always parking a vehicle in front of this hydrant!
