The pedestrian signal on the SE corner of 11th and College is missing the signal you would look at to cross 11th southbound. The whole yellow box the walking man and his nuh-uh hand live in is simply not there.
Per letter, citizen is requesting a 30 minute parking zone on N. Fess between 10th st. and Cottage Grove for use as a loading zone. (see letter in traffic complaint file.)

Called Monday, Tuesday, and now today, Wednesday. Her yard waste has not been picked up. was not tagged; improperly bundled and not out the morning of pick up when crew went through.
