Persistent yard waste/hoarding with an out of commission car on public road. Many cats from this house now roam the neighborhood and I suspect hoarding on the inside as well given the state of the outside of the home.
Loose asphalt gravel causing traction issues on sidewalk. The metal plates covering the broken culverts have unfastened themselves and don't cover the culverts

there is a deep patchhole next to our mail box in the street that is deep may cause damage to cars
Instead of putting the trash in the truck, the workers knocked it into our ditch and it’s upside down and full. We don’t have an alternative place to put our trash cans as well as multiple others on the street, so sometimes it can fall in, but they just left it and we pay for this in our utilities so that we don’t have to deal with that. I doubt someone is going to come clean it up, but this is the 7th time this has happened to us and we always clean it up and it’s becoming very frustrating.

Please Google Jabberwocky Computer Rescue Services, which is listed as a currently open business at this location. Neighbors can hear his business landline ring at all hours of the day. People are laying underneath cars with the lower portion of their bodies out in the middle of Palmer. Several neighbors have cars parked on side of yard and in the back. This is mainly on Stoneycrest Road in Fritz Terrace.
Big Limb has fallen from tree in front yard. Yard is a continual mess. Have not seen anyone in or out of house in years. Looks like a jungle in front and back yard. Terrible eyesore for neighborhood.
Vehicles, trash, materials, excess junk all outside all over property. Whole block is rough.
