Does the city offer any kind of composting program? Where can I bring my food scraps to be composted in Bloomington?
411 E First Street, half of the sidewalk is covered by overhanging long grass. This was reported in the summer already. Nothing has been done about it.
Dead link http://www.co.monroe.in.us/voterregistration/index.htm on https://bloomington.in.gov/facets/viewFacet.php?facet_id=8 Also: Not so easy to find your contact page. Why not have it at bottom of each page?
Growth behind new apartment complex at 720 N Walnut is again exceeding 8". This is the same area that was reviewed and cited early this summer.
Street sign and pole down corner of W. 7th and Fairview. Tire mark at the base of pole.
There is a hole in the pavement at the intersection of Ruby and Covenanter, where there is a seam in the pavement. Very annoying when you turn onto Ruby from Covenanter.
The intersection of W. Silverthorne St. and Conti in Woodgate Subdivision has continued to deteriorate.
There is an all but abandoned house on our block at 1217 W 6th Street. There have been several complaints about the condition of the house and yard and it's actually worse since the City's initial intervention. Now there is trash accumulating at the front, the eave trough is falling off and the back yard is full of what looks like abandoned construction material.
