Compost bin odor is so bad.I cannot sit on my front porch or open my windows. I don't know the guidelines for a compost in the city but I hope there are some. This is affecting me because I'm not able to enjoy my yard. I'm also afraid of any kind of vermin that it is attracting.

May not be exactly the right address, but this drains from a downspout into the sidewalk. Not code, right? (Among other problems, that water can freeze on the sidewalk in winter)

On 1st Street east of Henderson. Sidewalk tree plot needs mowing. There's a new duplex (address is on Henderson) but i don't know who is responsible for the strip. Technically that strip is on the other side of a fence from a conservation easement

This car has sat unmoved for over two years. The plates expired in 2024. Its placement makes it difficult for the snow plows, etc to navigate the street. There are weeds growing through the grill.
