Trash being dumped from this property onto 2244 Martha. Please check 2231 for violations.

There is trash being dumped behind the High Point Commercial Building at 702 North Walnut. There is no longer a dumpster back there, so the trash is just piling up in the parking lot. This is practically in my back yard, and I would prefer not to live next to open air dump. Can HAND please get the property owner to clean this up, and keep it clean?
