property has been torn down and is completely fenced. the trash has been removed.

Other: There is trash being dumped behind the High Point Commercial Building at 702 North Walnut. There is no longer a dumpster back there, so the trash is just piling up in the parking lot. This is practically in my back yard, and I would prefer not to live next to open air dump. Can HAND please get the property owner to clean this up, and keep it clean?
