Other: Large dead tree branch has fallen from High Point Commercial Property into backyard at 717 N Washington St. inspector has permission to enter backyard to view. I have alerted Parker Management to these dead trees a couple times over the past few years. I would like some assistance in getting Parker to clean this up.
