Problem with improper recycling and buildup of trash through two Monday pickups at 528 N Washington although trash is put out on 10th Street in 200 block. Blocking sidewalk and pedestrians. Would submit photo but having issues with that. Not a good look on 10th street. Please help.

A week ago a worker in a white p/u tk was at the fire hydrant at the end of my driveway. A couple of days later I noticed it was leaking quite a bit of water from the hydrant shut off. I contacted Van Buren Fire & reported it who said they would send someone to check it out. When I checked today I see that the hydrant is still leaking water. Van Buren said they notified City Utilities about the problem but no one has repaired it yet.
Buffalouie’s on Indiana has put signs on their parklet tables saying only their customers may use their tables. Is that allowed? It seems odd that they can take public property and say it’s only for them. Thank you.
City truck with license plate number 83810 has the driver side tail light out. This is also the same light for the trucks left turn signal.

228 North Sheffield. A huge trash container has been in the driveway for literally a year now at least I imagine. Surely there is some limit on PERMANENT placement of a personal mini-dump, aka giant trash container, in a public visible area? Both for health and aesthetic. I understand even a couple months if something big is happening, but not permanent placement of trash. Can someone please request the homeowner if nothing else can be done to please move it? And route this concern to City officials if not against some city ordinance? I think we have a neighborhood officer Norm if he can knock and see what their plan for it is. I just wanted to say thank you to Sean Starowitz for responding to an inquiry I sent in regarding lgbt representation in the new mural project. I definitely am supportive of BLM representation but am glad some sort of City inclusion of queer identity in Bloomington is additionally still in thoughts. Keep up the good work. I wasn't sure how to respond directly to that thread.
