When biking south on Rogers and turning right (west) onto 6th street, the road is so torn up that it's impossible to safely turn onto 6th without making a wide turn and coming to an almost complete stop. Both of which are very unsafe given how fast cars drive behind me.
The yard is basically a shanty town full of garbage, debris, and meth heads. It is an eyesore, probably a public health hazard, and pretty sure the residents burn tires, wires, and other cables.
There is new graffiti on 2 of the reflectors in the traffic calming circle at 6th and Oak and it would be great if that could be removed. Thanks!

house on corner of 6th and Elm has junk everywhere an abandoned jeep and must be in violation of the code
Contractor has hit unmarked water line and it is leaking.
