There's a street tree on the Southside of 1st Street just east of Henderson that is leaning. It might be pulling up out of the ground a little. Maybe worth checking on it before it becomes a hazard.

Parking at the yellow line, driveway location. This is a dangerous situation when I drive onto 1st Street because I cannot see the incoming cars. Also, these cars block the trash cans for the Monday morning pickups.
