I put a handful of quarters into meter 7637 on 7th street, near the intersection with Grant. No time registered on the meter.
There is a vehicle that parks on the sidewalk at this location almost daily, preventing bike and foot traffic from utilizing the sidewalk.
One of the city hall parking meters was reported as having anti-Semitic graffiti on it.
Hi! I’m a bit confused about this charge on my account and am not completely sure who to contact. I paid the meter for one hour to get hartzels ice cream (as seen on the charges) but I never paid for $8 (or 8 hours). This is clearly an incorrect charge because I got ice cream at 6 PM and the meters end at 9 therefore I am even unable to add that much money to a meter. If I could please get a refund for the $8 charge I would really appreciate it since i didn’t even use it!
This handicap meter is blocked by a bike rack that makes it difficult to pay the meter.
We received a parking citation used debit card and put it on the wrong side. My wife called and explained to parking department and informed they can check the meter by computer and see if our debit card was used at that time? My wife also submitted debit card picture where it was paid and amount. Informed to file an appeal and it can be checked. A few days later received email appeal denied? We paid the fine but apparently nothing was checked? Maybe bad information? Thanks for listening Mike
In reference to case number 161348. I still have not gotten a response and submitted on 9/28. This is a hinderance since I still do not have parking due to the discrepencies between your website and the map hanging in the parking dept. office.
Just put $1.50 in new parking meter and it didn't register payment! Jon Lawrence
