The traffic light on S. College at 3rd is out of sync with the other lights on S. College (5th, 4th, etc.). Two days in a row I had to sit for a long time at the 3rd light rather than have it lined up with the timing of the other lights to keep traffic moving.
Blacktop/pavement has bubbled and sunk at off-ramp left turn area. Large crater and obvious hump in blacktop/pavement.

Potholes near Speedway gas station on West Third
The right lane of eastbound W 3rd St, between S College Ave and S Washington St, is covered with potholes and uneven pavement, which makes it very difficult to drive on. Please repave the eastbound section of these two blocks. The paving that was performed from 4th Street northward in late 2024 was very successful. Thank you. Chuck Russo
