I just started renting here and both my trash and recycling containers are broken on top. The lids. So the recycling especially get wet when it rains. Can I get new lids or totes since I just started my own service here?

There is quite a bit of trash on the side of the road (both W. 17th St. and Monroe) and inside the fence of the Tri-North Middle School Property. I don't know if the school or the construction company is responsible for picking it up. But it's been there and accumulating for quite some time. Thank you.

The green park bench on E. Southdowns just to the west of the intersection with Highland Avenue (near 1212 E. Southdowns Drive, on the north side of the street opposite the houses) has been damaged. The bench is off of its base/legs and just on the ground now. This could use some help to gets its legs back under it so people can take a load off of their legs and rest!

ATT and smithville were both doing work in the alley earlier this year. They dug a trench across the alley. They filled it in when done but now the trench is collapsing.
