More than 15 years ago, a wide utility cut was made in front of our property at 3052 N Ramble Rd W in Blue Ridge Addition. We were told then that the street would be repaved and the gutter corrected. The path of the gutter to the storm drain at the corner never allowed the water to go to the drain because it dipped and didn't allow the water to travel because of that. It also stopped at our mailbox and creates quite the ice pond in the winter. When they came to repave our street, I spoke with the gentlemen doing the paving and asked if they were going to fix the gutter as well. (And let it be said how grateful I am for the repaving!!! Bravo!!!). I was told that was a different department. I had quit cleaning the gutter , tho I had kept it clean for years, as I grew weary of the bad street crumbling into the gutter. I was not going to clean it of street crumblings and pay to have it taken away in my trash anymore. Now the gutter, having been cleaned to apply the asphalt, still does not run to the drain because the slope has never been addressed. Why they didn't see this when they were going through the neighborhood fixing gutters, I don't know. I never saw the gutter crew around our property so I didn't ask. Can something be done? I don't like having guests parking in a lake. And the winter danger to come is not acceptable. Thank you for anything you can do for this problem. I'm happy to discuss this with anyone appropriate to the matter.

On 2 separate occasions I have approached the Sare/Rogers roundabout from the south side to find someone driving towards me on the roundabout, going the wrong direction. Both drivers were older ladies, and may have been confused by the signage as they approached the roundabout. Is there someone who can look at the signs and see if something is confusing. If I've seen this happen twice, how many more times has it happened when I wasn't there? And when is someone going to be killed because of it?

On Monday may 6th my daughter Asiajuana and i pulled up to the village pantry on Patterson and West 3rd. My daughter got out the car to go into the gasstation, when 2 girls started yelling profanity at her. She proceeded to get back into the car to let me know that these were the girls that had a problem with my God daughter Porchanae Reedy. So i get out the car in hopes to defuse the situation asking them can we talk. They said come come over here as we were walking over they still proceeded to curse etc... So i asked what problem did they have with my daughter because she had nothing to do with the on going problem. Things got heated. My daughter and the girl name Ashely Reynolds got in each others face and she hit my daughter. Ashley's sister Brook decided to jump in so then i jumped in trying to protect my daughter. After that my mind went blank i just felt punches to my face and body, i looked over and my daughter was being dragged by her hair while being called a black bitch, i was called a black bitch and the word nigga not nigger. After the fight my breast was hagging out my mouth was busted. I got up off the ground i believe i put my shoes on, i look over and both girls pulled up to my car Brook got out and snatched my purse out of my car, my daughter tried to grab it but she couldnt. A lady that was parked on the side of me called the police during the fight. Police showed up asked what happened took pictures had me my daughter and the lady Pam write statements. After about an hour the police found my purse. I had already canceled my bank card witch was still in my purse but all my cash was gone. Witch in the original police report i reported 900.00 in cash but it actually was only 600.00 in cash and 385.00 on my bank card so i summed it up to 900.00 in total before the purse was returned. My daughter has a black eye, and her skin was ripped from her knee. The police told me that both girls would be arrested. Later that night i found out either girl was arrested the only got citations for court. The next day they repeatedly drove past my home calling us niggers, threatening us taunting us about our cars and beating us up again. I called police and they said its a public street. Im mad im angry and im fed up with the police Dept. This is not the first time that white ppl has gotten away with harming us we were jumped back in 2014 by 12 white supremacist and the case was thrown out of court. I cant let this one go. trash problem at 3095 s walnut st pike bloomington. This summer-vacated rental property has approx 70-80 bags of trash and old furniture left in yard and **piled up behind garage** along our property line #3051. Wild animals are foraging and dragging this smelly trash across our yard. Property manager Pendragon Properties refuses to respond to email or vmail complaints over last month. Can city please inspect and address? ok to enter and view from our yard/fenceline at 3051 s walnut st pike. This is a sanitation hazard and general delapidation may encourage crime. Thank you.
