The individual failed to maintain her yard last year and it got cut one time all summer. It has not been cut this year and is already high thigh/waist high. Making it hard to walk the sidewalk as it’s intended.
Excessive growth. Only mows when reported. No one wants to walk on the sidewalk in front of this house with thigh high weeds. Bad look for the neighborhood but more than that it attracts pests and unwanted bugs.
Waist high weeds/lawn. Well above 8”. Have not mowed at all this spring.
Has been there a month but trash has never been picked up.
Neighbors yard is excessive in growth. Dog is in the photo and can hardly see him.
