Resident called in to say that the grass on the Northwest corner of Henderson Street and Driscoll needs to be mowed. She states that the grass if very high. There is also a problem with the line of sight and trees which will be referred to Engineering Department.
There is a fenced in area in the yard that never gets mowed and they don't trim.
Vehicle is parked on Driscoll on the side of the street. It is not the adjacent property owner's vehicle and the grass is growing up around it. Please have it removed.

Homeowner came to CBU with the following complaint & request: The stone retaining wall next to the ditchline is deteriorating; this is the 2nd failure in the wall due to drainage problems. Homeowner states that the ditch is in poor condition, not flowing properly, and full of "mud piles", etc which is causing erosion below the wall. He is requesting a call to schedule a time to meet onsite to show staff what is happening and determine what can be done about it. If he is not available by phone, he requests that we knock on the door upon arrival so they are aware of our visit and will walk the site with us.
