During heavy traffic, visibility can be very poor for vehicles traveling southbound on Washington Street and attempting to cross or merge onto 10th street. Tonight I witnessed an accident caused by a white suv attempting to turn eastbound onto 10th from washington. The vehicle was promptly hit after turning onto 10th by a car that was most likely traveling far too fast. A stop sign at the intersection would make things a lot safer! I'm really concerned a pedestrian is going to injured at some point at this crossing.
All street lights on 7th from walnut to Indiana are out.
Regarding Building and Trades Park: The steps leading from the upper level to the playing fields are in bad repair and need to be leveled. Even more important, older citizens such as my husband and Regarding Building and Trades Park: The steps leading from the upper part of the park to the playing field, dog walking area, etc., are in bad repair. In addition to problems with the steps themselves, a hand rail (simple pipe construction would be perfectly adequate) is needed, especially for little ones and most older park users.

Loud music from fraternities is disturbing persons at track meet.

Street lights have been out for more than a week on Walnut from 10th street to the railroad overpass north of 12th.
