A red Ford truck at 613 S Eastside Drive has (again) been parked in the same spot for over a month now. According to the City's Ordinance it is abandoned: 15.04.020 'A vehicle left on public property continuously without being moved for three days'. If the owner (612 S Eastside Drive) does not want it to be considered abandoned, he needs to move it every four days.

It looks like the trash truck was leaking some sort of white liquid that smells putrid. It follows a line along the trash cans of all of our houses in the cul-de-sac. There is water running down the side of the road along the street. It appears to be a leak next to the street as the grass in the area is very soggy looking.
