Honda Pilot with the license plate number VID691 with a flat tire has sat in the community parking lot for quite a bit now. Does not appear to be a regular neighborhood car.
These vehicles are abandoned. Or someone has claimed the street as their private junkyard with abandoned vehicles. Can these vehicles be removed? If they are allowed to stay, could you share information about why? I appreciate your time, thank you!

A car has been parked on our street without attention for over 1 month. It is an SUV BMW X5 with cracked windshield, 2022 license plate LW2987. It is located just east of Alexander St. (really an alley) on the north side of the street. I've asked around the neighborhood and no one I've spoken to knows who it belongs to.
