There is a red/maroon minivan with Indiana license plate number 4NIER. This vehicle has not moved in a few months and people are living in the vehicle. I have seen people exit it multiple times. They also leave the doors cracked or open for air flow. I don’t believe the vehicle runs at all.

Abandoned Vehicle in the parking lot across from where I live. It has been there over a year. It has a license plate in the front driver's window near the VIN. The vehicle has not been moved. There is an olive green Mitsubishi Endeavor that has been parked outside of my house on the 400 block of E 1st Street for 5 days now and has not moved. We have contacted the neighbors and they said it's not theirs. It is blocking our ability to park and is also just an eyesore having it directly outside of our walkway.
