The multi-use trail on the north side of Rogers road has significant plant overgrowth. At some points, the ten foot path has only four feet of usable width due to the overgrowth. The bushes need to be cut back and the edges of the path need to be cleared. This is on Rogers Rd beginning at the crosswalk roundabout intersection with High St and extending about 350-400 feet east. Thank you!
There are homeless encampments steadily increasing in number behind my house and those of my neighbors. There are now several in view of my windows. The amount of trash is staggering, including countless hypodermic needles. Trash is regularly set on fire by the residents of the encampments, producing noxious smoke that smells terrible and is surely not safe to breathe. The city needs to do something about these encampments. Open air drug use within feet of neighborhoods with young children should not be tolerated. I've been a resident of Bloomington for a decade and I'm strongly considering moving out of town due to the city's inability to address this issue. Please do something.
Portapot and dumpster has been in the road for years. Owner is burying very large brush piles, several trees on city property along creek, this is occurring in a floodplain also. They have installed lights on the front and rear of home that are extremely bright.
We had Weddle Plumbing out today to rod-out our main sewer line (due to slowness). He didn't find the usual root issue they normally do on our line, and when he checked the city sewer access, we found the main sewer water level unusually high (and at times stagnant). See image attached. It seems like the city's main line may also need rodding. I hope this can be serviced soon, before it affects (back up into) our line (again?).
Two large potholes in neighborhood. First is near intersection of Caray Ct and Claybridge Dr. Second is in Southern Oaks Dr (between Cedarwood Circle and Sare Rd). Also, there is no street sign on the intersection of Canada Dr and Claybridge Dr. Can the neighborhood get a street sign here? Thank you Ryan Niehaus
two properties above us the road all the water on the road goes into the yard comes down toward are house crossing on road since it is all down hill into the neighbors beside us into my yard. it drains.in front of my garage and runs on my . about 3 to 4 inches of water on my side walk .side walk. also the road south of us also runs in neighbor east of my house also runs runs to my house. South of me there is a a large building about 40 feet long that doesn't have gutters it runs down across the road on neighbors which in turn runs toward my house. II have pictures to send in the mail which I wi8ll need to send you because I don't know how to send them in the mail. I have spent 400.00 to put a ridge to keep from running in my yard. I also had a drain dug in my drive about 4 feet from the fence running about 2 foot deep running toward the drain in the back of my house that cost me 650.00. I will write on the back of the picture that will explain what they are for when I send them thank you and I will write on the back . Also in front of garage my small car is on ramps so the water will not get my brake shoes wet and i have to not park my other car about7 feet from the garage so i can;t park a car behind my car. Main sewer line backup…???
I was shopping in the dollar tree store the other day and there was boxes all over the floor in the aisle ways. There was uboats also all over the store making it hard to shop. I passed by the stock room and the doors where propped open and I could see the boxies where stacked almost to the ceiling and where falling all over the place. I could see that the back door was also blocked by uboats and boxies.
