Residents at 415 S. Woodlawn Ave. stated that the Subway on Woodlawn has a lot of trash out side in the dumpster inclosure and they have seen rats.

There is an alley between the I Fell Building and the Madison Downtown apartments with a really rough road surface and pothole that is right in the path of the sidewalk crossing the alley. This is the first alley east of 4th & Rogers, on the south side of 4th. It is not very accessible for people walking across and someone could certainly trip if they are not paying attention.
