They are throwing their trash out into the yard, they have not taken their trash out in roughly a month, and there have been dogs and rodents getting into the trash. The trash has also caused a smell in the surrounding areas.

Street light at corner of Allen & Dunn Curt’s on and off every few minutes. This is on the Allen & Covenanter Greenway. Heavy foot and bike traffic. Light is above speed bump. Beaty hard for bikers/walkers to see bump. Also there have been recent reports of cars being rummaged though in the neighborhood. Light might help deterre this.

Trash piled up in front yard. Near 11th and Orris intersection. Guy didn't know exact address but says you can't miss it.
Realtor reports property has a lot of junk/stuff in the driveway and rear of the property. Needs cleaned up because she has the house next door listed for sale.
