My neighborhood is undergoing fiber installation. On 9/6 and 9/7, my yard housed a large tractor. Now that the install in complete, I am left with a yard that is partially destroyed by the utility contractor. The grass is gone, the yard is no longer level, there are multiple drill holes large, and there is a lengthy bulge from the cable plow. Rather than leave my lawn in the same condition, the contractor laid hay and grass seed. This will not create a lawn being that it's fall and won't take, and it will not level my lawn. I've tried to communicate with the workers but they do not understand me, as they are not English speakers. Who can I communicate my issues with?

This is the chain tree I reported on in my previous request however and this photo shows the branch hanging directly over our driveway and our vehicle.

The same tree root issue is happening on the opposite side of our driveway as well. The roots from the tree are causing the sidewalk to raise becoming a trip and fall hazard. Additionally, the branches hang over the street directly above any vehicle that would park there in front of our house. Would like the tree removed if possible and a new smaller one planted if a tree is required. 2630 South Isabel Court. Thank you.

I sent this to the info email address as well, but I noticed an open electric box at the Rock Creek Dr. and Childs Ct. intersection in Sycamore Knolls this morning. This is a heavily trafficked route for children headed to school and seems like a safety issue.

I would like to know how to get a complaint against the Bloomington Transit center resolved. I have complained in person and left voicemails to customer service (they never answer the phone). The treatment I have received from one of their employees is wrong and inexcusable. I also have been treated very unfairly in regards to submitting these complaints. I am unsure of how else to proceed to receive resolve of this issue.

Abandoned car left in front of reposed house sold at auction on July 19. The previous resident left this car in front of 2419 E Oakmont Dr 47401 when he finally left the home. It has not moved since before the house sold and neighbors are tired of seeing it sit on the street. Former resident was step-son of former owner, Rod Figg. Car owner has last name of Hough or something similar. Aren’t there city regs that disallow disabled vehicles from remaining indefinitely on premises? The car’s owner no longer even lives here.
