A neighbor apartment building at 700 W. Dixie St. has had a box spring and mattress siting behind their dumpster for two months.

Please install a traffic light at Winslow and Highland. At times, it takes forever to turn onto Winslow from Highland. Overall, it is a dangerous crossing because cars cannot see each other when cars are approaching east bound on Highland because there is a hill that blocks all view--they can't see and people turning off of Highland can't see.

Please install traffic lights at Hillside and Highland. At times, it takes forever to be able to turn westbound onto Hillside from Highland because traffic is oftentimes constant. This is a dangerous crossing, and there are many residents and YMCA traffic coming through here.

I am wondering if parking an RV is allowed in city metered spots. Any rules to give tickets as long as it fits? Thanks
