Close to 610 S Pleasant Ridge on the left-hand side of the incline are a bunch of previously filled pot holes that require refilling. The edge of the road is also pretty deteriorated in one spot.

1814 Southdowns cars perpetually park on the lawn, even when driveway and street is clear. It looks terrible in this neighborhood. Cars just pull up on the lawn. Please enforce here.
