Detour sign left behind after sewer work complete that
The curb on Union street, between 10th and 3rd streets needs to be repainted the caution yellow It is almost completely gone and time after time as a student living at Union Street Center I have seen students park illegally in the 2-hour parking on that street blocking accessible sidewalks because the paint is gone. As an RA there, I have brought this up with my supervisor and he instructed me to contact the city, as it is an issue that should be handled by the city rather than IU itself.
One garbage pick up day a couple weeks ago the recycle bin at this location was flattened and replaced, but whoever did it also knocked the heel sign to an angle.
I was a spectator at Twin Lakes Fields on Tuesday the 6th. There was an obvious safety threat with a sky full of lightning and no action was being taken. I felt like this was neglect at the very least.
Parking lot at TLSP What can Parks do to help stop the illegal setting off of fireworks on Parks property. This is a violation of State laws and local ordinances. The police come and just tell them to stop and leave. Leaving trash for parks staff to clean up and let alone the fire danger during drier conditions. The spontaneous truck and sports car meet ups that take place around town and also at Twin Lakes ball field parking lot. There is drinking, underage drinking, and drugs. They also have been doing donuts and burns in the past which harms the pavement z as no striping. Again the police come and tell them to leave. There have been promoter/ organizers for these “street / parking lot takeovers “Maybe some fines and payment for the damages would help. I know parking lot striping is not cheap. Maybe the City could put ing a street / parking lot take over ordinance similar to Indianapolis. Which has escalating fines for participating and spectators, long payment for damages. I know for years the parks has let drink beer after ballgames has as an exception to the no alcohol in certain parks rule. Now some of the teams have been smoking pot a long with drinking beer after ballgames and then driving can not be a good thing to have out on the road. Thanks

I wish to complain vehemently about the noisy hand dryers at Twin Lakes. With each use, it sounds like a jet airplane taking off. A terrifying and very LOUD sound. It’s time to replace them with a softly humming dryer before an octogenarian member dies of a heart attack. You’ll save on toilet paper, too, from those who look for an alternative!
Black BMW constantly pulled onto sidewalk in front of Turkauz Cafe
There is a curb cut from the Turkuaz parking lot at 3rd & Lincoln onto Lincoln. For pedestrians walking south along the sidewalk, their is poor visibility to see cars pulling out here, and likewise I suspect cars don't have a good sightline for pedestrians. I was almost hit last night as a pedestrian by a car quickly pulling out here and onto Lincoln. Can the city review this and see if it can be made a bit more safe? Is the curb cut even necessary here?
