Glass front porch door hanging off hinges and is potential projectile with high winds/storms. Also porch roof has many loose shingles and gutters are hanging- again potential projectiles to nearby houses, businesses, street and pedestrians.
During the heavy winds this week, there were some trees down at Rhorer and Snoddy. A city crew picked this debris out of the road and placed it into the yard of 4025 S. Gran Haven Dr. Caller understands that he is not annexed into the city, however the debris was moved from City property to this non-annexed yard. Lots of damaged and broken siding also rotten widow trim, building 16 along the parking lot
Several building have nails falling out of the siding along with rotten soffit and no gutters.
Large amounts of trash in the woods between reserve and knight ridge apartments. I reported this and nothing has been done to fix it.
Large number of siding boards falling off the building or broken and nails falling out. Building 10 but also several other building.
Construction materials left leaning on side of building 9 for several days. Maintenance left it. Also vomit, nails, trash in doorway and stairs creating a danger to pets and people walking.
