There has been a strong smell of raw sewage in this area for the past week. I could smell it from the bypass each morning. Just drove down towards Cascades (Sunday night 11/6) and it is really bad down there. Please fix the sewer issues in this area.

There is a storage facility being built on the south side of 3rd street. There is SO MUCH dirt and gravel in the bike lane that is a serious hazard. Since it is also on a downhill, it's also dangerous to merge into traffic to avoid it. Please, please clean up the gravel and dirt. It goes for at least a tenth of a mile.
A citizen called to report that there is a dumpster that is not inclosed and trash is blowing every where.
Trash/boxes, etc. behind the CVS store for at least a week.
