Vulgar calls for chaos, rebellion, and instigating gang-related activity
Vulgar calls for chaos, rebellion, and instigating gang-related activity
The address is approximate. Railroad ties, 2x4's and what looks like a dog lead is blocking a street giving a lack of access for residents to the access way for Rockport Rd. from the corresponding neighborhood in which the access was erected, where as the apartments of Dorthy were annexed, or derived from the corresponding neighborhood. There is not consistent on sight property management for 2304 South Rogers Street. Dorthy Apartments claim to own the street that is blocked, which city planning documents I control or possess show otherwise. I am concerned that this is a gang-related incident in which will have numerous crimes attached. This is a public area because of the sidewalks, area developments, and subjection people are to encounter.
There may be no illegalities within the mayors administration, but there are breeches of the peace through his office. The city does not derive a debt to the State of Indiana, it does operate under the same jurisdiction, and that means authority. Mark Kruzan is being given a vote of no confidence because of the Separation of Church and State. He has become a rebel, and some of his actions have been worthy of accrediting, but in light of other circumstances in the city , such conducts will have negated such accreditation. He is a disgrace for not challenging Federal authority away from being an independent on the ballot, and does not deserve to remain the Mayor of Bloomington city government.

To Whom It May Concern: My name is Jonathan Strupek and I'm a senior at Illinois State University. I'm currently working on a final project that involves gathering information about volunteer information for the Bloomington area. I'm not entirely sure who to contact for this, but I'm looking for any possible information about volunteer data in the Bloomington area. I don't know if information such as this is even kept on record, but I'd appreciate if I could see any information that is available to the public. Thank you for your time and I look forward to hearing from you soon! - Jonathan Strupek
