The street light in front of my neighbors house in front of 422 E University is intermittent. It turns itself off at random times and then comes back on a few minutes later. This problem has persisted for several months. I tried reporting this online to Duke Energy, but their online tool doesn't show a street light on this block, so I'm hoping you can find out who takes care of this light and forward the information to the appropriate people. Thank you!

Subsidence Small, still in its beginning stage. Observation; this not your first, second or even the third sewer grate to repaired in this neighborhood. Can I ask the question if it is a Mfg. defect in their storm grate design, or an installation issue.
